Auto Zone USA scam

A identity theft scam report, targeting a consumer in Brownsville, KY, USA - 42210.

Narrative evidence

What happened

US AUTO ZONE This business hacked my son’s Facebook account and repeatedly posts RVs, campers, etc. for sale. I have reported it to Facebook, commented to the business, shared the post and asked others to comment, but this is still happening. This is his personal Facebook account and he has not given this business permission to use his account in this manner. His privacy, personal photos and conversations, and passwords have been compromised. I confirmed that the most recent post they have made on his Facebook account matches a vehicle they have listed on their website. There’s no question that this business is using his account without permission to promote the sale of their products and is potentially compromising his reputation with their sleazy business practices. He just wants them to cease and desist use of his hijacked Facebook account and leave him in peace.
