What happened

They keep claiming that they will submit a refund, but they just keep sending you to another person in another email that says they would be happy to take care of the refund and next thing you know you’re getting an email from a different person trying to help. “address the refund” I have asked several times. What exactly do I need to do to get my refund and get my money back and they gave me an email that said it was submitted September 5 and I have still not received a refund. It was simply to try and learn AI and I learned my lesson with this one but the. DIGISTORE. IS BEHIND A LOT OF SCAMS.
