Finestro scam

Well I opted to try out this program so that I could make money on the side. It made it sound super easy but not for a 70-year-old and didn't realize I had to have a lot of knowledge. After giving the program a shot and using it quite a bit, I found out that I was going to get way over my head with all the things I needed to learn before I could even start. The refund policy said that they would take a look at it and then decide from there but apparently being honest and upfront about what problems I was having just didn't make a difference. Going around and around with an empty email, brain-dead representative from Finestro. Don't necessarily know if I would call them scammers but they sure are liars.
