First Day scam

I ordered vitamins but apparently didn’t uncheck the very small “subscribe” button. I received the same order a month later which was a high price. I went into my account and searched the entire website for how to cancel a subscription and account. There is no way to do this. You can only suspend your subscription. I had to pick the longest time period to try and figure out how to cancel in the meantime. This traps customers and is very concerning. I deleted my credit card but I am concerned I will have to cancel mine to avoid further fraud. To recap: The manage subscriptions tabs ONLY allows you to delay your order, NOT cancel. There is no way to cancel.
