Hugo Villiannueva scam

I don't know if I got scammed or what's going on. But this company about a month ago, specifically a male that didn't meet me in person, ask for $99 application fee that I did give and have my receipt. He sounded sincere and I went and seen the house, it had a lock box on it, but he gave me the code. Then he asked for my section 8 housing voucher paperwork which I scanned and sent via email, the voucher is worth $1,222. The rent was $1,070. By the way his name was Hugo off Facebook marketplace. I did get 1 message back saying my voucher was only for 1 bedroom. Well anyone that's experienced with HUD knows if the voucher is enough to cover rent plus my part, and I've always and never had a problem with this, 2 bedroom is accepted! Then I never heard from him again, yet he's still posting all these houses on Facebook, hundreds, and I still can't get no one! He knew my voucher ran out soon, now I'm in a terrible bind with no home. My last place, the landlord failed her inspection, not me, and I was given 30 days to leave with a new voucher because the apartment was found unsafe! So now I'm homeless because this man leading me on, and not giving me a refund, or explanation, just ignoring me! I'm on SSDI and can barely live as it is in this messed up world! But these people taking from disabled people needs to stop. Thank you, and if you need more info. On him I got it.
