Marlow Marketing Co scam

I bought an Old Man Birdhouse from this company and the website was out of New Jersey, owner Amos Marlow. It took sometime to receive my order. Received a text from Amos 781-462-9860 offering another item, which I declined. I then received an email with the tracking info. I received my order. I could not believe what I found. The item advertised stated it was a hand made carved out of wood. What I received was a manufactured plastic material, which is harmful to birds. Some parts were missing. I contacted the co via email advising me to send the birdhouse back to Hong Kong. Now I know why it took so long. I asked for a full refund. I was offered a 25% refund. I flately denied. I wrote back staing that this was a scam resulting in a refund offer of 50%. Again refused the order. I have read reviews and complaints and found many unsatisfied customers like myself.
