Narrative evidence

What happened

I was contacted by Matthew Zion at Sure fund funding about a 2 phase business loan. Phase 1 had the option to receive in total $15000 paid out in increments. $1500 day 1, make 22 successful payments, funded $2500, 22 more payments, funded $3500, 22 more funded $3750. This would complete phase 1. I did it, received 2 payments $1500 and $2500. In the paperwork, there was a notice of pre-payment. About 33 days in, Matthew contacted me with a reminder of the pre-payment option. Said if I were to pay the balance of the $15,000 it would get me to phase 2 faster. My balance was $11,055, which was wired to the company. Phase 2 is a long term loan, which is the reason I did it to begin with. I got emails and a payment schedule for $290,000. The day it was to be wired, I got excuses from Matthew. The next day, I contacted my bank, and they said they would need a trace number for the wire to watch for it. I let Matthew know this at about 9am, he said give him an hour and he would update me. Didn't hear back, emailed him and he responded, that mine was the next wire they were sending. Didn't hear back for 2 more hours. Emailed him and he said, he was getting a trace number. Then I never heard from him again. I received a total of $4,000, they debited 33 payments of $285 ($9,405), debited an origination fee of $3,750, and the wire I sent for $11,055.
