United Healthcare - Imposter scam

I received a phone call from United Healthcare claiming that I purchased travel insurance from them. They claimed to be an agent with United Healthcare. They told me they needed more information from me in order to process an insurance claim from China. They informed me that my husband used the travel insurance that I purchased to file a claim for approximately $2000 which was denied. Because it was denied they needed more information from me. I told them I was divorced and that I never purchased travel insurance for anybody, including myself. They had used my ex husband’s exact name and one of my old addresses. They also knew that I spoke Chinese. I never told them any of this information. The agent insisted that I must file a police report to China’s police department to report fraudulence. I was informed that if I did not file a report with the Chinese police that my credit would be ruined so it was important that I do so. I requested her name, agent ID and phone number so I could call back and get an English-speaking agent. This entire conversation was in Chinese. She did provide the information I requested and then I hung up. She claimed her name was Yu Amy (not sure about spelling). She claimed her agent ID number is: 9768. She provided the following number as a good call back number: 651-300-0666. I hung up afterward and called the real United Healthcare and explained what happened. I believe that there was a data breach and United Healthcare is aware but I was not informed of what they’re doing to protect their customers and I continue to get a number of phone calls everyday from the fake United Healthcare. The caller ID still says United Healthcare.
