Unknown phishing scammer scam

Received a letter saying my home warranty expired. I don't recall taking out this warranty. One rep said it was included when I purchased my property. I tried to get a history of what I had paid over the years but they could not give me this info. A different rep said I got it in 2023. I refinanced my property way before that. They wanted me to renew the policy for $259.00. The bottom of the letter states not all consumers have previous coverage. Number to call 18889960424.
