What happened

the scammer has called myself, and my entire family with the same message for me. "This message is for ------. My name is Kimberly. I'm calling on behalf of the county process servers office. This is regarding a court summons filed under case ------. This is a legal notification from the county process server's office. We are contacting you to inform that an attempt was made to serve you with legal documents, requesting your appearance in court. However, the documents were returned from the address we have on file. To avoid a failure to appear, we recommend that you contact the attorney in charge of your case. her name is Nicole Miller at 888-489-0072. Her office will be able to provide additional details regarding your case, including the filing.
