A credit cards scam report, targeting a consumer in Coldspring, TX, USA - 77331.

Narrative evidence

What happened

Received a call from a number that matched JP Morgan Chase bank with a quick Google search +1 (212) 552-5100. Stated a Saphire Credit Card account in my name was used to transfer $5,000 to Linda Moore through two seperate Zelle transaction. Gave me a case ID # and cancellation ID #s. I was then transferred to a 2nd person who claimed to be from Zelle and asked me to log into my account so they could cancel the transaction. This person had my name, phone number and current addresses of residence. I kept explaining I don't have a Zelle account but he asked me to log into my bank account. Luckily my bank does not deal with Zelle transfers. I've called Chase directly to learn they do not call, but will send an email or mail a letter if they suspect fraud activity. The advise I was given - call one of the three credit reporting agencies to place a fraud alert on your credit report.
