Narrative evidence

What happened

This individual ( Jack ) claims that he is from Microsoft and there is a problem with my computer. Demanded that I turn on my computer so he can remotely fix the problem. I refused. He has called me 12 times on March 15, 2017, 3 times on March 16, 2017, in which on the 3rd call I did pick up, requested that he quit calling me, and to take my phone number off his list. ( in a not so nice way. ) Then again, he started calling me on March 17, 2017. Has called 5 different times today. He just called again while I was in the process of filing this scam report. Told him that I was reporting this as a scam to the BBB. He also speaks with a foreign tongue.
