Cotton Wardrobe scam

A counterfeit product scam report, targeting a consumer in Statesboro, GA, USA - 30458 with a reported loss of $89.

Narrative evidence

What happened

Cottonwardrobe.com states that their clothes are made from 95% organic cotton with linen blends along with recycled nylon and polyester. The website photos show beautiful clothing pieced like a quilt with embroidery. When the items arrived, the material has the designs printed on, not actually embroidered or pieced, and feels like thin plastic fabric, horrible. Also the size is a lot smaller than the tag says. I immediately notified their customer service via email about returning them for a full refund, only option. They wrote back saying that I needed to send a photo of products purchased along with all packaging, which I did. Today I get an email stating that they received my photo and information and it now need to be reviewed by their after sales department. I have a feeling it will never be resolved.
