Olivia New York scam

Received the merchandise all stuffed in a little plastic bag not more than 14”. 3 large outfits stuffed and never sent a email to cancel because it was sitting in their warehouse for a long time according to their tracking . They were not as described . Very poor quality and stitching was visible and awful. No real tags on their clothing and told us we had to return it with their tags . The sweater seemed like a used item as well. They showed an address in Wyoming, USA but wanted me to return items to India at our expense plus a 20 % restocking fee. It said it was guaranteed on their website or your $ back. I requested a prepaid shipping label to return it but they did not want to. They told me to keep the items but I did not want them since they were awful . I wanted a full refund .
