Unknown credit cards scammer scam

A credit cards scam report, targeting a consumer in San Jose, CA, USA - 95120.

Narrative evidence

What happened

I have received numerous loan application scam voicemails. I have not applied nor inquired about any loans that these callers are claiming. This week, I have received several calls from different numbers, but with the same prerecorded message. The call back number they left of course differs from whatever number their caller id shows. Today’s call back number stated in the voice mails: 830-457-9244 These “loan application follow up” scam callers need to be stopped. I have been receiving similar loan application scam calls on and off for the past 2 years. I attached a screen shot of the voicemail transcript from their most recent call.
